Time for another BBQ road trip to the state capital. No way to go wrong with any of these choices. I have not tried any of these but I would bet they’re all good. Can’t wait to try Louie Mueller’s in Taylor, Tx but would recommend any of these. Give them a try. Just remember to arrive early to hopefully avoid the long lines.
